Wholesale FAQ

Minimum Order Quantity:   

Our standard MOQ is 6 pieces per colour, OPEN SIZING. Clients can choose any combination of sizes to meet 6-piece requirement

 Minimum Order Amount: 

A minimum of Usd300 or equivalent  amount is required for each shipment.

Inventory & Restocks:    

   - Unlike traditional wholesalers with static year-round stock, we operate on a Fresh Production Model  with new production batches every month tailored to the upcoming sales seasons. New trending designs, fabrics and colours will also be added. This ensures clients always have the latest and 'fresh' inventory that isn't sitting in a warehouse for moths

Shipping & Delivery: 

Due to our 'FRESH PRODUCTION MODEL', our shipping is based on monthly production batch directly from China warehouse. We use DDP boat shipping to keep landed cost the lowest to maximize clients' retailing profit margin.  Shipping Lead time is usually 25-35 days.  For example, a product in May releasing batch will be shipped out early May from warehouse and delivered to your store end of May or early June.

 Freight and tax: 

Shipping is free from freight and cross-boarder customs tariffs, while sales tax like GST HST might be applied to some countries.

Customization & Branding & Private Labeling

All products come pre-tagged and individually polybagged. 

We offer low-minimum customization services to give clients' inventory a professional, retail-ready finish, aiming to help elevate your brand and/or corporate. Minimum as low as 24pcs per colour per style per order.
