Custom Branding & Private Labeling

We offer low-minimum customization services to give your inventory a professional, retail-ready finish, aiming to help elevate your brand and/or corporate by transforming our apparels into your own private label line. Minimum as low as 24pcs per colour per style per order.

1. Private Labeling & Packaging

  • Customized Neck Labels: $25.00 USD per order. Replace our standard tags with your own branded woven labels.
  • Customized Hangtags: $80.00 USD per order. Professional brand storytelling attached directly to the garment; includes sourcing and attachment.

2. Custom Printing & Logo Placement

Enhance your style with high-performance printing. Pricing is determined by the complexity of your artwork and the number of colours used:

How to Order Customizations:

  1. Select Your Sizes: Add your 6pc minimum to the cart.
  2. Upload Your Vector Art: Send your .AI or .EPS files to our email
  3. Approve Your Mockup: You will receive a digital proof within 24–48 hours for final approval before we go to print.

 

Customization Terms & Lead Times

To ensure the highest quality for your branded apparel, please review our standard processing times and policies for customized orders.

Production Timelines

  • Customized Orders: Please allow an 7–14 business days  after digital mockup approval.
  • Approval Process: A digital proof will be sent to your registered email within 48 hours of order placement. Production begins only after written approval is received.

Policies for Branded Goods

  • Final Sale: Due to the permanent nature of custom printing and private labeling, all customized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Art Files: For optimal print quality, please provide high-resolution vector files (AI, EPS, or PDF). Low-resolution files may result in production delays.
  • Color Matching: While we strive for 100% accuracy, slight variations in color may occur between digital proofs and physical fabric due to screen calibrations and different fabric composition.
